Our Bristol Hospice programs provide hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families/caregivers. An interdisciplinary group of professionals and volunteers develops an individualized plan of care which includes, as appropriate, the following services: nursing, physicians, home health aides, counseling, spiritual support, therapy, dietary, volunteers, durable medical equipment, supplies, and bereavement services.

capacity to heal, grow, and lead more fulfilling lives.

Comfort Zone Camp is a nonprofit 501(c)3 bereavement organization that transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, primary caregiver, or significant person.

Our programs are free of charge and include trust-building activities and age-based support groups that break the emotional isolation grief often brings.

Comfort Zone’s programs are offered to children ages 7-17, young adults for 18-25-year-olds, and separate parent and guardian programs.

Help evaluate judges. Be a part of keeping Utah voters informed and provide judges with feedback for improvement.

Court volunteer observers evaluate judges on procedural fairness principles. Research shows that perceived fairness has a positive impact on people in the court system and the community at large.

Our volunteer observers

Complete training on court structure, calendaring and procedural fairness
Observe judges in court (virtually or in-person) on their own for about 2 hours
Reflect on their experience in written narrative (6 open-ended questions)
Complete 6 or more evaluation reports per year

Our reports

Are focused on procedural fairness principles (neutrality, respect, voice, trust)
Are shared with judges, our commissioners who make recommendations, and voters.

Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious lunch to homebound seniors in our community. It is more than a meal: it is about nourishing hearts, fostering connections, and bringing joy to those in need. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our homebound senior neighbors, one meal at a time. We could not serve more than 152,000 meals each year without the help of our wonderful volunteers.

Mission
NMDP is the nonprofit that operates the national bone marrow and blood stem cell registry. Our vision is to create a world in which every patient can receive their life-saving cell therapy.

For many patients with blood cancers and diseases like leukemia, lymphoma, sickle cell, and more, the best chance at a cure is a blood stem cell or bone marrow transplant, but 70% of patients don’t have a match within their family, so they’re dependent on the registry. Further, not all patients have an equal chance of finding a match – since matches are found based on genetics, patients are most likely to match with a donor of a similar ethnic background, so disparities in the composition of the registry translate into inequities in patients’ chances of finding a match. Currently only 14% of registry members identify as Hispanic/Latinx, only 9% as AANHPI, only 8% as Black or African American, and only 1% as Native American.

Young people have the power to disrupt this disparity and literally save lives by joining the NMDP registry. All it takes to join is a cheek swab, and for those who are able to be a donor, donation is safe, free, and confidential.
