LEAD is a one or two-year certification program that focuses on four key areas of personal development: Learn, Engage, Acquire, and Discover.

The Residential & Wolverine Community Leadership program partners with off-campus housing complexes to extend the collegiate experience by encouraging engaged living communities, connecting students to campus resources, and promoting an affinity to the University. Student leaders participating in the RCL & WCL program grow in their ability to exercise critical thinking, collaborate with others, and develop the skill sets necessary to set and accomplish personal and professional goals.

The Women of UVU is a student-run organization supported by the Women's Intercultural Engagement Program. Their goal is to help all students achieve excellence and persist toward graduation by providing a supportive, social community, and connecting students to the resources they need through weekly drop-in actives and monthly socials.
