The LEAD Program trains UVU students to become leaders by approaching leadership development as more than simply management.
LEAD is a one or two-year certification program that focuses on four key areas of personal development: Learn, Engage, Acquire, and Discover.

When the NSLS began 20 years ago, we decided to help the greatest number of people in the most significant way. We achieved this through a dedicated mission to impact the world by building stronger, more successful leaders.

Our philosophy is that we accomplish more together than we do alone. We have seen that with proper support and dedicated action, people can achieve extraordinary things for themselves and the greater community.

The Residential & Wolverine Community Leadership program partners with off-campus housing complexes to extend the collegiate experience by encouraging engaged living communities, connecting students to campus resources, and promoting an affinity to the University. Student leaders participating in the RCL & WCL program grow in their ability to exercise critical thinking, collaborate with others, and develop the skill sets necessary to set and accomplish personal and professional goals.

The Women of UVU is a student-run organization supported by the Women's Success Center. Their goal is to help women achieve success and persist toward graduation by providing a supportive, social community, and connecting students to the resources they need through weekly drop-in actives and monthly socials.

Students of all genders are welcome to join.
