This session will teach how leaning in to the discomfort of challenging narratives and perspectives with shared values of empathy, equity, and belonging can open them up to beautiful new possibilities when it comes to building strong, safe, and unified communities. Students will learn how trust and relationship building precede the ability to make meaningful and sustainable social and political change.
