Thank you for being willing to sponsor a UVU family this holiday season. Please enter your information below, and we will contact you by Friday, Dec. 6, with family information. We ask that all gifts be delivered by Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Sponsors are asked to provide two new items of clothing, a pair of shoes, two new toys, and a book for each child, which typically costs between $150-200 per child.
